finding new home.

I've been 'researching' for new blog space lately as i really cant stand frenster's blog any longer! but still i cant find any dat meet my requirements. They're all either nice interface design with messy navigation/too much advertisements or the other way round. =(

   

In fact my requirements are 'not much' :-
01. CLEAN & WHITE template WITHOUT any CONTENT FRAME (this is kinda hard to find). Eg: http://ashleyhau.blogbus.com/ but i dun like many of da features of this blog space (read my 2nd testing post there).
02. Sans-serif typeface available for both chinese and english font. Eg: i like this typeface: http://ashleyhau.blogbus.com/
03. no any advertisement bar on top (at the side bar is still acceptable). Eg: 'blogspot' is really a nice & user frenly blog space & i really like its configuration & system but that navigation bar on top which makes it looks so commercial & boring spoilt da interface!!!! argh~
04. top banner can be changed / insert own image.
05. well organised navigation to main / pervious / next post in each page.
06. comments page style can be edited ('blogspot' comment page's interface is sux!).
07. url prefered to be in tis way: www.myblog.domain.com  instead of www.domain.com/myblog .

   

Any nice blog space pls recommend. Don't want too fancy blog. thnx~

p/s: Plsss don't ask me to create my own css template!!! I want everything to be easy and convenient. >_<
